Grounded compassionate support for pregnancy, birth, and the early moments after
Birth is more than a physical event; it is a profound emotional transition that requires a steady, nurturing presence. My approach to birth support is rooted in the belief that when you feel emotionally safe and practically prepared, you can navigate your journey with confidence and clarity. I hold space by providing a calm, non-judgmental anchor for your emotions, ensuring your voice is heard and respected. As a doula, I am there to offer physical comfort measures, advocate for your birth preferences, hold emotional space for your journey, and provide the evidence-informed education you need to make truly informed decisions for yourself and your baby.
