Hi, I’m Emily, a maternal support practitioner supporting families in Kelowna, BC.

 

My journey to this work has been shaped by both my professional experiences and my own reproductive health journey. Together they deepened my appreciation for how important it is to feel informed, supported, and truly heard during every stage of some of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable seasons.

 

Prior to becoming a doula I spent several years working as a reproductive health and emergency/trauma nurse. After becoming a mom it shifted how I wanted to show up for others - offering more continuous, connected support as a doula. My former nursing background shapes the way I show up - grounded, informed, and attentive to both the physical and emotional aspect of this experience.

 

I believe that understanding your body is one of the most empowering tools you can have. Through evidence-informed education, body literacy, and compassionate support, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout your reproductive journey.

 

While fertility support is the heart of my practice, I also welcome a limited number of birth clients each year. Whether you’re trying to conceive or preparing to welcome your baby, I’m here to provide personalized support that complements the care you receive from your healthcare team. I’m so glad you’re here, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
